Puppy is an English Staffordshire Bull Terrier who is looking for an active family seeking a fun dog that likes to play fetch, swim, and go for walks and car rides. He walks great on leash and is extremely driven to play ball. He needs to be an only pet (no cats, no dogs) and a yard or open area to run and play. Puppy can be in a home with children 10 yrs and older.

Roberta is around 1 to 2 years old. She has some puppy energy left and a  cute wiggly butt. Roberta is very sweet and wants to be loved on all the time. She loves being close to her humans. Roberta has been working on her leash walking skills, as well as learning not to jump on others. Roberta knows sit, down, and paw.  Roberta also loves to chew, but nothing that is not already hers. She is fully house broken and crate trained. Roberta loves other male dogs both big and small, but just needs a slow intro to get things going. Roberta is still unsure of other females, and has a high pray drive, so no cats or other small animals for her.

Beautiful on a leash. Needs coat in the winter, her fur is like velvet. Slightly mouthy Jumps up. Doesn’t like getting her nails cut. Gets along with big dogs and small dogs. Very treat motivated Favorite foods:  blueberries, strawberries, dehydrated beef lung filets, turkey, beef, fish skins, peanut butter butter, ANY treat, popcorn, whipped cream, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, carrots, cauliflower, spinach, bananas and much more.   

She is an amazing, affectionate and loving dog - she is a lot of dog and powerful.

Doula is currently being fostered by the Founder of Dogs Are Deserving Rescue.  Doula is the perfect houseguest as she is completely housebroken, doesn't need to be crated, is affectionate, and loves car rides!  She knows basic commands, loves human affection, especially belly rubs and loves to play with her toys!  She walks nicely on a leash, and takes her treats gently.   Doula does need to be an "only dog".  She's waiting to meet you!

Its truly amazing to see the progress Raphael has made with his trainer. When he first arrived, he had been through so much and was in such rough shape. Despite it all, he has remained incredibly sweet. Raphael is a truly wonderful dog with a big heart. He responds so well to commands, sitting obediently and taking treats gently. It's heart warming to witness Raphael's transformation and see him thriving! This lovable boy is more than ready to find his furever home.

She knows basic commands, including “wait” when being fed. She walks well on leash. She is very affectionate and likes to play with her four legged foster bro and sis. She sleeps through the night in her crate (which is kept in the bedroom). She likes to go for car rides. She likes to snuggle and watch tv. She does get silly and will get the zoomies outside. She loves the snow. She is still getting used to the world around her and needs someone who is patient to guide her.  Yes Older kids; she may knock younger ones down accidentally. She would do best with a fenced yard. She loves to run.

Aura is dog friendly, she is a 6 year old Pitbull mix with lots of puppy energy! She is house trained but doesn't like crates.  She is big but super friendly and loves meeting new people. She loves sunbathing and taking naps and when she is awake be ready for a clingy dog that will lay next to you and follow you around the house. Going to parks and exploring all the smells in the neighborhood is her favorite activity. She loves cuddling when you watch TV, which is the best!  Note: She gets along with smaller dogs better than bigger dogs.

Meet Boris! Boris is a charming and loveable 6.5-year-old Great Dane/Dalmatian mix who’s eager to be your best friend! He is housebroken and will go to his crate upon command. He has already learned some basic commands, such as "sit," "give paw," and is continuing to work on mastering "stay." A people-loving dog, Boris thrives on human interaction and enjoys being near those he cares about. Whether you’re relaxing at home or going about your day, he’ll likely be right by your side, always ready for attention and affection.   

When it's time for meals, Boris is well-mannered and knows to stay in place until he’s given the command to eat. He’s also a bit of a watchdog—his big bark may be loud, but it’s simply his way of letting you know when someone is approaching.   

Boris' energy can be a bit much at first, especially when meeting new people. He tends to run up with excitement, but don’t be alarmed! He’s just eager to make new friends and find out more about them so he can get plenty of pets and attention. Once he’s had his greeting, he’s all about cuddles and companionship.

Meet Duke! A two year old Mastiff mix that is looking for his forever family. In the home he is house broken, crate trained, and loves to be with his humans. As an XL breed dog, he could still use some reinforcement of basic manners. He's very strong on leash and tends to jump and get a little mouthy when he plays or gets excited. A family with large breed experience that is willing to invest some time and energy into basic training would be ideal. 

Another requirement would be no children under 10. Outside the home, Duke is a tad insecure and can be slightly reactive to new dogs. After a quick introduction, however, he does great (especially with female dogs). He can, however, tend to get too excited and possessive over toys so a family that can maintain boundaries in their home would be required. As for cats... this big boy LOVES them and would have no problem sharing his space with a dog savvy feline.

Everest is full of energy, he loves going for walks. He does like to roughhouse, when it is allowed. He is very treat-motivated. He does like to cuddle, but he has his moments of independence.
